The parties intend to comply with the requirements of Armendariz v. Foundation Health Psychcare Services, Inc. 3:16-cv-05736-MEJ), shall be immediately stayed and submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the arbitration agreement executed by Plaintiff, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference, see Exhibit "A," and pursuant to the requirements set forth in Armendariz v.
